Reflection:

 This article shows that when you focus on data and information that is viable and helpful in the classroom, it creates less of a question mark: am I doing it the right way? When you look at all the EBTs, or evidence-based teaching practices, you realize that we have to be hands-on with a lot of approaches, and by placing people in an active learning environment and collaborating with all different styles, they are going to allow the teacher and the student to maximize from this environment. It is a big win. Knowing what tools to utilize, what environments to create, and what actions to implement, what rubric can I follow, and then being able to talk with other people in the classroom dynamic, teachers and other people that foster this idea, it allows the learning process to feel genuine.
